Alejandro Silva is the founder, owner, and sole employee of Locking Up Opioids.

He is a student in the Global International Studies Academy, and is running the campaign as part of an awareness-advocacy project.

​

While this is his first awareness campaign, he hopes to help make St. Mary's County a safer place.
